EasyVFR Fly-in-vitation!

We are happy to invite you as one of our friends to our annual EasyVFR fly-in.

19 - 21 August 2016

This years event will be held at Rochester (EGTO) in the United Kingdom.

Fly in on Friday or Saturday to meet your fellow EasyVFR users, as well as Rob, Marcel and many of the BetaCrew.

Share your thoughts, questions and ideas about our software, or take the opportunity for sightseeing either locally or in London (within 30 minutes by train). And on Saturday evening, join us for our traditional Annual Barbecue Party.

Rochester, in the south-east corner of the UK, is an ideal venue for our annual gathering. It is readily accessible for our UK members, and just 20 minutes flying from Dover for those of you coming from Europe.

Camping with your aeroplane will be possible for those who want it, while those wanting more comfort can choose from two excellent hotels (Holiday Inn* and Bridgewood Manor) which are immediately adjacent to the airfield.

Both offer tariffs with late cancellation options so no need to worry about the weather!

You can find all the information you need on flying to EGTO in your EasyVFR EFB. When you don’t have an active EasyVFR subscription, you can request a trial simply by responding to this e-mail. You can use it to fly to Rochester, and ask any questions that you may have immediately upon arrival!
