Spoken Guidance
EasyVFR is the first portable aviation moving map app to fully integrate spoken guidance for general aviation. EasyVFR can now speak to you to tell you that you are approaching an airspace, giving you the distance to the airspace, its class, frequency and call sign to get an entry clearance, all without ever having to look at the screen. Spoken guidance is available for obstacles, traffic and waypoints too.
Precipitation Radar
Head over to the WX tab to select the European precipitation radar overlay. The radar image is overlaid on the map to add your flight planning. EasyVFR will animate the image for you so that you can easily see the trend of the precipitation. The images are automatically updated as new images comes out every fifteen minutes.
New Airspace Labels
We've brought a beautiful modern look to the airspace labelling system. Apart from the beautiful, clear and modern look, the colour coding makes it easy to see at a glance, the type and class of airspace.
